Castles N’ Coasters’ website was not compatible with Android mobiles and was not responsive to other mobile operating systems. This was a major problem, given that a large part of Castles N’ Coasters’ target audience is young teens and their families. It was essential for Castles N’ Coasters to have a vibrant and user-friendly mobile presence in order to drive more sales and properly represent their brand online. Additionally, Castles N’ Coasters needed a fresh design that better represented their brand in time for their busiest season, summer.
Immediately after we launched Castles N’ Coasters’ new website, there was a spike in mobile engagement.
