Background
Hollywood Fun Park is a Family Entertainment Center that is owned by Family Entertainment Group (FEG). Hollywood Fun Park is a kid-focused indoor/outdoor family entertainment center with attractions such as bumper cars, go-karts & a maze plus a cafe & arcade. It is located in Crestwood, Illinois.
The Problem
Hollywood Fun Park was managing their own web design and content before it was decided to centralize its management at the FEG head office. The content management system that Hollywood Fun Park was using had been creating a range of issues related to who could access the backend and create changes. Further, the site itself was old and outdated. It was in need of a brand refresh, content updates, functionality upgrade, management protocols and SEO.
The Result
The website updates made the website much more user-friendly. The site itself was built to reduce website management from the center managers so that FEG can do the bulk of the management in house. This reduced the permissions issues that Hollywood Fun Park was having previously. The website is now sleek and new and invites potential customers to spend more time exploring the site and booking parties or days out to Hollywood Fun Park.
